In view of the above, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn and a direction is issued to the learned trial court to expedite the trail and conclude the same preferably within a period of three months from the date a copy of this order is made available to learned trial court. 03. In case the trial is not concluded within the aforesaid period, the petitioner shall be at liberty to approach this Court by way of a fresh bail application.
