For the reasons recorded in the order dated 17.04.2026, there is no justification to keep alive the Look Out Circular (LOC) against the petitioner. The hearing was deferred only on the request of Dr. B. Ramaswamy, learned counsel for respondent to take further instructions. 3. Today, when the matter is called out Dr. B.
