1. The instant petition is for the following reliefs:
“ a. Pass a Writ of certiorari quashing the Look Out Circular issued against the petitioner. b. Pass any other Orders as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit in the interest of justice.”
2. For the reasons recorded in the order dated 17.04.2026, there is no justification to keep alive the Look Out Circular (LOC) against the petitioner. The hearing was deferred only on the request of Dr. B. Ramaswamy, learned counsel for respondent to take further instructions.
3. Today, when the matter is called out Dr. B. Ramaswamy submits that the department has no objections.
4. The LOC is therefore, set aside for the reasons already recorded in
