The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that in this case, the petitioners have given a representation dated 28.06.2024 not to grant the final approval for the lay-out for plots on the application by the respondents 3 & 4 in the lands comprised in S.F.No.354/2B2C4 of Vaikundam Village, Sankagiri Taluk. However, the said representation was not at all considered by the respondents, as on date. Hence, this petition. 3. In reply, learned standing counsel appearing for the second respondent would submit that the petitioners' representation dated 28.06.2024 will be disposed of by the second respondent within a period of 6 weeks. 4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record. 5.
