Notice invoking arbitration dated September 21, 2023 under Section 21 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereinafter referred to as “the 1996 Act”) was issued upon the respondents. However, there was no response. 3. In the aforesaid circumstances, Ms. Sabina, Former Acting Chief Justice, House No.1842, Sector 34-D,Chandigarh (Mobile No.9780008138), is appointed as Arbitrator to adjudicate the dispute between the parties, subject to compliance of statutory requirements. 4.
