Dhani Ram and others which stands upheld by Hon’ble Supreme Court vide order dated 05.12.2024 passed in SLP No.5404 of 2022, Kunal Attri & another v. State of Haryana and others. 2. Learned State counsel as well as counsel for respondent No.4 does not dispute afore-stated factual and legal position, however, submit that appellants may not be granted interest for the delayed period. 3. There is delay of 1842 days in filing the appeal. With the consent of both sides, the aforesaid delay is hereby condoned.
