1. The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of the order dated 06.07.2024 (Annexure P-6) passed by the Ld. JMIC/Ludhiana in COMA-3877-2024 (date of Registration is 06.03.2024) titled as “ Union Bank of India Vs. Yogita Jain.
2. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner today.
3. A perusal of the record shows that the orders have been passed due to repeated non-appearance of the accused/petitioner before the trial Court. As such, I find no ground to interfere with the order dated 06.07.2024 (Annexure P-6) passed by the Ld. JMIC/Ludhiana.
4. Consequently, the present petition is hereby dismissed. 20.07.2026
