Singh, Advocate, for the respondents. ***** VIKAS SURI, J. (Oral) 1. This case has been taken up out of turn at the mentioning of learned counsel for the parties. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter was referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court, vide order dated 01.12.2025. However, due to some miscommunication, the parties could not appear before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, and as per the report of learned Mediator, the matter was sent back as non-starter case. It is further submitted that the parties have since effected an out of Court settlement and in view thereof, he seeks withdrawal of the instant petition. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents affirms the factum of an amicable settlement entered into between the parties and raises no objection HARISH KUMAR 2026.07.22 19:53 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment CR-505-2024 (2) to the prayer for withdrawal of the present petition, being granted. 4.
