The present petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking quashing of FIR bearing No. 663/2015, registered at Police Station Punjabi Bagh, Delhi for the commission of offence punishable under Section 304A/201/202 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (hereafter ‘IPC'). 2. At this stage, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs this Court that the petitioner has been discharged by the learned Judicial Magistrate vide order dated 27.02.2026 in the present case and he stated that the present petition has become infructuous. 3.
