Communication, against the reserve points reserved for Scheduled Caste candidates and further to issue a direction to the respondents to consider the candidates promoted on their own seniority-cum-merit in the general category and not against the reserved category as per the law settled. 2. On 17.05.2023, the following order was passed:- “Mr. Sharma submits that petitioner No.1 has unfortunately passed away.
