1. Learned State counsel submits that the present petition had been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of as such on account of the fact that since the criteria for granting socio-ecomonic marks already stands quashed by this Court in Sukriti Malik vs. State of Haryana and others, CWP-1563-2024, decided on 31.05.2024, against which, SLP filed by the State was also dismissed on 24.06.2024, whereafter, fresh elibility test also stands conducted after issuance of advertisement, a fact which the learned counsel for the petitioner is unable to dispute.
