This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. 2. Petitioners in this writ petition prays for the following relief: “It is therefore, humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court shall graciously be pleased to admit this writ application and issue a Rule NISI asking the 0pp. Parties as to why the order of the Hon'ble Commission under Annexure-12 and the order of the Opp. Party No.3 under Annexure-11 shall not be quashed and the petitioner No.2 the son of the petitioner No.1 Sri Kalakar Dandsena shall not be given employment under the provision Clause 8(a) of the R&R Policy 2006 with immediate effect and if the Opp. Parties fail to show cause or show insufficient cause the said Rule NISI be made absolute; And this Hon'ble Court be pleased to quash the order under Annexure-12 & 11 and a writ in the nature of mandamus be issued directing the Opp. Parties to provide employment to Petitioner No.2 Sri Kalakar Dandsena as the nominee of the petitioner No.l as per Clause 8(a) of the R&R Policy 2006 for survival and sustenance of the petitioner's family; And/or any other writ/writs, direction/directions, order/orders be issued providing complete relief to the petitioner; And for this act of kindness, the petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray.” 3. Ms. Das, learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that some of the relevant documents could not be obtained by the Petitioners. Since several adjournments have been taken awaiting the relevant documents, no fruitful purpose would be served to keep the matter pending. Hence, she prays for withdrawal of the writ petition seeking liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars enclosing the relevant documents. Memo so filed in the Court is taken on record. 4. In view of such submission, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with a liberty to the Petitioners to file a fresh one with better particulars within a period of one month hence. (K.R.
