The learned counsel appearing for the official respondents would submit that there is a civil suit pending with regard to the subject property in O.S.No.162 of 2023 before the II-Additional Sub-ordinate Judge, Cuddalore wherein, an Advocate Commissioner has already appointed for the purpose of conducting survey and demarcating the properties.
