CM-11023-CWP-2026 The present application under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure seeking a stay of the operation of the impugned order dated 05.08.2025 (Annexure P-19), the impugned letter dated 05.08.2025 (Annexure P-20) and all other consequential proceedings in view of the peculiar facts and circumstances. Mr. Puneet Bali, learned Senior Counsel for the applicant/petitioner submitted that the present application has been filed for BHUMIKA BHATI 2026.07.15 16:57 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document chandigarh CWP-34037-2024 (O&M) -2- seeking a stay of the operation of Annexures P-19 and P-20, both of which were passed during the pendency of the main writ petition i.e. CWP-34037- 2024. He further submitted that a separate application for amendment of the main petition is pending, in which notice has been issued. On his oral request, the main case may be preponed from 24.09.2026 to today and he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition to challenge the order dated 05.08.2025 (Annexure P-19) and the letter dated 05.08.2025 (Annexure P-20), which have been passed during the pendency of the present writ petition. The request made by learned Senior Counsel seeking preponement of the main case for the aforesaid reason is accepted. The main case is directed to be taken on board for hearing today itself. Main Case 1. In view of the aforesaid prayer made by learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars and with liberty to challenge the order dated 05.08.2025 (Annexure P-19) and the letter dated 05.08.2025 (Annexure P-20), which have been passed during the pendency of the present writ petition. 2.
