1. In the present writ petition, following prayers have been made:-
“Civil Writ Petition under Articles 226/227 of Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing of policies dated 15.11.2021 (Annexure P-12) and 24.11.2022 (Annexure P-13) issued by respondent No.1, as per which, a subsequent purchaser/re-allottee is not considered eligible for allotment of an alternative plot in lieu of original plot; AND for issuance of a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari for quashing of impugned order dated 06.09.2023 (Annexure P-11) passed by respondent No.1 whereby legal notice dated 19.04.2021 (Annexure P-7) sent by the petitioner for allotment of an alternative plot had been rejected; AND for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the PAWAN KUMAR 2026.07.16 09:40 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
CWP-2990-2024 [2] respondents to give possession of an alternate plot to the petitioner in lieu of original allotted Plot No.580, Category Residential measuring 6 marlas situated in Sector 11, Urban Estate Bahadurgarh, which is now among disputed plots of Sector 11, Bahadurgarh; OR Issue any other writ, order or direction as deemed fit, just and proper in the peculiar facts and circumstances of present case.”

Learned counsel for the respondents-HSVP has submitted that the proposal for allotment of an alternate plot in lieu of disputed plots of Sector-11, Bahadurgarh (including plot of the petitioner) has been sent to the higher authorities for necessary approval and every endeavour would be made by the authorities for final approval and the said final approval be taken as expeditiously as possible.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in view of the same, the present writ petition be disposed of but liberty be granted to the petitioner to revive the same in case any cause survives or arises in future.
4. Keeping in view the abovesaid facts and circumstances, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty aforesaid.
