The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner is in enjoyment and possession of the subject property, situated in S.Nos. 1205/4, 1205/6 and 1205/55, Pillanji Village, Sholinghur Taluk, Ranipet District. Under these circumstances, the respondent is unnecessarily interfering in the peaceful possession of the petitioner without following due process of law. 3. In reply, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent had assured before this Court that the respondents will not make any attempt to lay any road in the subject land without following due process of law. 4.
