The writ Court on 25.01.2024 while disposing of Writ-A No. 501 of 2024 passed the following order:- "1. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and without going into the merits of the case and with the consent of the parties, the writ Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Rishikesh Kumar Maurya, Sunil Kumar Yadav Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : Sahab Lal .....Applicant(s) Dr Pc Saxena, Director, Ayurved Services .....Opposite Party(s) petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh representation before the respondent No.3- Director, Ayurved Services, U.P. at Lucknow along with the certified copy of this order raising all his grievance within a period of three weeks from today. In case any such representation is filed by the petitioner, the respondent No.3 shall consider and decide the same by reasoned and speaking order within a period of two months thereafter." 2.
