CM-5226-LPA-2025 IN LPA-2089-2025 (O&M) (i) Prayer in the present application, filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963 is for condonation of a delay of 174 days in filing the accompanying appeal. (ii) Keeping in view the averments made in the application, which is duly supported by an affidavit, the delay of 174 days in filing the accompanying appeal is hereby condoned. 1. By this common order, a bunch of 16 LPAs, the details whereof are given in the heading of this order, are being disposed of together, as they involve the same question of law and arise out of similar
facts.

Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the prayer for directing the respondent Bank for continuation of service of appellants for the post of Sub-Staff/PTS on permanent basis/regularization from temporary basis as per seniority, was not considered by learned Single Judge while passing the order dated 18.12.2025 in bunch of CWPs in view of order passed in CWP No. 9286-2020. 2.1
Learned counsel submits that the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Civil Appeal No. 14831 of 2024 titled as Jaggo Vs. Union of India, NITIN 2026.07.14 12:09 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
LPA-1683-2024 (O&M) and other connected cases -6- decided on 20.12.2024, Shripal and another Vs. Nagar Nigam, Ghaziabad, 2025 INSC 144 and Dharam Singh and others Vs. State of U.P. and another, 2025 SCC On-Line SC 1735 stated that an employee who has completed ten years/or more of service is entitled to have his/her claim for regularization be considered in accordance with law. Therefore, counsel for the appellants prays that the present appeals be disposed of as having been not pressed, with liberty to file review petitions before the learned Single Judge for seeking regularization of the appellants' services.
