The prayer in the present petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., 1973 is for directing official respondents to take action against accused persons i.e., respondents No.3 and 4, who were declared proclaimed persons by the Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Chandigarh vide order dated 28.07.2022 (Annexure P-5). 2. The learned State counsel, at the very outset, on instructions from SI Rajesh Kumar, submits that respondent No.4 has been arrested on 01.03.2025 and various steps have been taken to secure the presence of respondent No.3. 3. In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court, at this stage. 4. Disposed of. 5. All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, stand disposed of.
