The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner has given a representation dated 30.04.2018 requesting the respondents to pay compensation to the petitioner for acquisition of land to an extent of 680(sq.meter) Comprised in Survey No. 40/14A in total extent of 0.22.5 Acre, Vazhavnathan Kuppam, kallakuruchi Taluk, Kallakuruchi District. However, the said representation was not at all considered by the respondent till date. Hence, this petition. 3.
