It has been contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the present petition may be disposed of by issuing a direction to the petitioner to appear before the learned trial Court and a direction may be given to the learned trial Court to dispose of the case by compounding the offence, in view of compromise, in a time-bound manner. 2. The learned counsel for the respondent No.2 and 3 has no objection against the abovementioned proposal. 3. In view of abovementioned submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the learned trial Court within a period of one month. Once the petitioner appears before the learned trial Court and files an application for compounding of offence, the learned trial Court is directed to decide the same within a period of three days.
