However, on receipt of the same along with the present petition and in response to the letter no. 4458 dated 11.07.2025 received from the office of Director Treasury and Account Department, Haryana Chandigarh, the answering respondent no. 2/Principal Accountant General, Haryana (in short PAG, H Pension PSC 3/25-26/1200136183/E dated 28.07.2025 has already directed the Treasury Officer, Panchkula, Haryana to stop the pensionary benefit of the private respondent no. 4/Smt. Veen Gupta till the final outcome of appeal no. FAO private respondent no. 7 before the Hon’ble Punjab and Haryana High Court. A copy of the said letter dated 28.07.2025 was duly forwarded to the petitioner also. Accordingly, the pension disbursing agency Ban Sector-16 Panchkula/respondent No. 3 vide its letter dated 11.08.2025 has confirmed to the Treasury Officer, Panchkula that the pension of Smt. Veena Gupta has been stopped. In this matter, the representation dated petitioner duly stands decided. Accordingly, the pension disbursing agency Bank of India, 16 Panchkula/respondent No. 3 vide its letter dated 11.08.2025 has confirmed to the Treasury Officer, Panchkula that the pension of Smt. Veena Gupta has been stopped. In this matter, the representation dated 05.04.2022 of the tands decided.
