This is an application filed on behalf of the respondent seeking modification of the order dated 31.07.2024 whereby this court had directed the respondent to deposit a sum of Rs 50 crores every month in an Escrow Account till the entire admitted amount along with interest is paid. 2. Mr. Garg, learned counsel for the respondent seeks modification of the said order thereby directing the respondents to defer the deposit of monthly instalment of INR 50 crores (payable each month). 3. He states that on account of financial challenges faced by the respondent, the respondent is currently not in a position to honour the payment of monthly instalment as directed by this court vide order dated 31.07.2024. 4.
