1. The writ Court on 14.9.2023 while disposing of Writ-A No. 14804 of 2023 had required the opposite party to decide the representation of the applicant.
2. In the compliance affidavit filed by the opposite party on 15.7.2024 it has been stated that the order of writ Court has been complied with and representation of the applicant has been decided on 30.4.2024, copy of which has been appended as annexure No. 1 to the compliance affidavit.
3. As the order of writ Court has been complied by the opposite party, contempt application has rendered infructuous and same stands dismissed. Contempt notice stands discharged.
