Learned counsel submits that the terms of not considering the petitioner for promotion is that the instructions dated 23.04.1990, Annexure P-5 stands withdrawan, however, similarly circumstanced employees have been promoted as J.E., Annexures P-7 to P-9 but on their reversion, the writ petition i.e. CWP-13451-1995 filed by them was allowed on 04.12.2008 and Civil Appeal No.571-2010 was also disposed of on 20.04.2022, Annexure P-13. He submits that his claim be considered in light of the aforesaid judgments. 2. Learned State counsel has no objection to the limited prayer made. 3. In view of the above and without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner, expeditiously, in accordance with law, taking note of the aforesaid judgments, which this Court has no reason to believe the authorities would not address in a just, fair and reasonable manner.
