1. The writ Court on 17.10.2023 while disposing of Writ-A No. 11913 of 2023 had required the opposite party to release post retiral dues of the applicant.
2. In paragraph no. 6 of the compliance affidavit filed by the opposite party on 5.9.2024 it has been stated that the order of writ Court has been complied with and entire retiral dues have been paid to the applicant. The details of the payment have been brought on record as annexure Nos. 1 to 5 of the compliance affidavit.
