Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking quashing of order dated 06.01.2024 (P-5), passed in FIR No. 141 dated 14.08.2020, under Sections 279, 427, 304-A and 201 of IPC, registered at Police Station Koom Kalan, District Ludhiana, whereby the petitioner was declared as Proclaimed Person. 2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though vide order dated 19.03.2026 passed by this Court, petitioner was granted interim relief of releasing him on bail, at the time of surrender, subject to payment of costs of Rs. 10,000/- payable to the Old Age Home, yet he acquired information that petitioner infact has already expired and in view of the above, present petition may be disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. 3. Ordered accordingly. 4. Pending misc. application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
