The petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. praying for quashing of FIR No.3 dated 02.01.2023 under Sections 406, 420 of IPC, registered at Police Station Mahesh Nagar, Ambala Cantt, District Ambala (Annexure P-1) and all the Subsequent proceedings arising there from on the basis of Compromise Deed dated 07.11.2023 (Annexure P-2) arrived amicably between the petitioner and respondents no.2 & 3 (Complainant Party) before the Mediation and Conciliation Center of this Hon'ble Court and in view of the mutual compromise arrived at between the petitioner and private respondents.
