The present writ petition is filed for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to pay salary and all the pending benefits to the petitioner. 2. Learned counsel for respondents contends that Hindustan Insecticide Ltd. is under liquidation and moratorium has been issued. He further contends that since the moratorium has been issued, therefore, the petitioner has alternate remedy to approach the Interim Resolution Professional (IRP). 3. In view of the same, the present writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy as is available to him in accordance with law before the Interim Resolution Professional (IRP). 4. All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, are also disposed of.
