(ORAL) The petition has been filed directing the respondents to release the benefit assistance to the petitioners under the scheme Antyodaya Parivar Suraksha Yojana (DAYALU), along with interest. Learned State counsel has pointed out that under the scheme notified by the Government vide notification dated 31.10.2024, -4, the beneficiary is required to apply through online portal within three months of accidental death/natural death/permanent disability, but petitioner no.1 has not submitted any such application for claiming the assistance on account of her husband’s accidental death.
