Let the petitioner will move a fresh application of recalling or setting aside the order dated 10th August, 2022 along with an application for condonation of delay. 4. Let the learned Executing Court decide the same after giving the parties an opportunity of being heard in accordance with law expeditiously without granting unnecessary adjournment. 2 5. Learned Executing Court shall decide the same independently without being influenced by the order dated 12th March, 2024. 6. With this observation this petition is disposed of. 7. It is pertinent to mention here that this court has not gone into the merits of the case and no expression made herein shall tantamount to be in expression on the merits of the case. 8.
