complaint of the petitioner; the necessary encroachments to which the petitioner has drawn attention shall be expeditiously removed by the respondent nos.1, 2 and 3 with the aid of the respondent no.4. (ii) The respondent no.4 is restrained from taking any retaliatory measures against the petitioner, apprehensions regarding which were expressed by the petitioner during the course of hearing on 14.01.2026 and is also apparent from the nature of inquiry being conducted by the SHO, adverted to in paragraph-12 of the status report dated 14.05.2026 handed in Court today.
3. The petition is disposed of in the above terms.
