The Court :- This is an application for grant of probate of the last Will and Testament dated December 11, 2021 left behind by the abovenamed deceased. The Will was registered in the office of Additional Registrar of Assurances-II Kolkata on December 11, 2021. The husband of the testatrix pre-deceased her. The only son of the deceased died on Nobember 2, 1985. A copy of the death certificate of her son forms Annexure-D to the application. The testatrix is survived by three legal heirs who have been described in paragraph 4 of the application. All three have consented to the grant by filing affidavits of consent. The Will have been proved in common form by one of the attesting witnesses. 2 Having regard to the above and since the file has been placed before this Court by the Registrar (Insolvency) for grant, therefore, considering the view of the department, the application for grant of probate is allowed by passing orders in terms of prayer (a) of the application.
