BEFORE:
The Hon’ble JUSTICE OM NARAYAN RAI Date: 14th September, 2026.

The Court :- Supplementary affidavit filed in Court today is taken on record. This is an application for grant of probate of the last Will and Testament dated November 11, 2014 left behind by the abovenamed deceased. The mother and the father of the testator pre-deceased him as would be evident from the supplementary affidavit filed in Court today. The petitioner is survived by four legal heirs (being the wife and three sons) who have been described in paragraph 7 of the application. Two sons and the wife are joint executors and hence the applicants herein. The other son has consented to the grant by filing affidavit of consent. The Will has been proved in common form by one of the attesting witnesses. Having regard to the above and since the file has been placed before this Court by the Registrar (Insolvency) for grant, therefore, considering the view of
2 the department, the application for grant of probate is allowed by passing orders in terms of prayer (a) of the application. PLA 171 of 2024 stands disposed of.
