The Court:- This is an application for grant of Letters of Administration as in case of intestacy (i.e., without the Will annexed) in respect of the estate left behind by the above-named deceased. The husband of the deceased predeceased her. The deceased had two sons and one daughter. Both the sons have met their demise. Both died bachelor. The deceased is survived by only one legal heir, that is, her only daughter who is the petitioner before this Court. Having regard to the above and since the file has been placed before this Court by the Registrar Insolvency for grant, upon complete scrutiny by the department, therefore, considering the view of the department, this application for grant of Letters of Administration is allowed by passing orders in terms of prayer (a) of the petition, subject to executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.30,00,000/- (Rupees Thirty Lakh) with two sureties. Accordingly, PLA/456/2024 stands disposed of. (OM NARAYAN RAI, J.) spal
