1. Present petition has been filed for expeditious disposal of Misc. Case No. 67 of 2023.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Matrimonial Suit No. 3111 of 2021 filed by the opposite party/husband was decreed ex-parte against the petitioner. Upon which the petitioner filed the present Misc. application for setting aside the ex-parte order.
3. Learned counsel submits that this application is pending since 2023.
4. Learned counsel has prayed for an appropriate direction which may be issued for the expeditious disposal and Court considers that no prejudice would be caused if such an order is passed even at this stage.
5. In the facts and circumstances the learned Additional District Judge, 13th Court, Alipore is
directed to dispose of Misc. Case No. 67 of 2023 in MAT suit No. 3111 of 2021 expeditiously in accordance with law after giving the parties an opportunity of being heard.
6. This petition stands disposed of.
