The Court:- This is an application for grant of probate of the last Will and Testament dated April 29, 2022 left behind by the above-named deceased. The Will was registered in the office of the District Sub-Registrar-III, Alipore, South 24 Parganas on May 6, 2022. The mother of the testator predeceased him. The wife of the testator passed away on January 30, 2024. The testator is survived by four legal heirs, all being his daughters who have been described in paragraph 5 of the application. One of them is the executrix and the petitioner. The other three have consented to the grant by filing affidavits of consent. The Will has been proved in common form by one of the attesting witnesses. Having regard to the above and since the file has been placed before this Court by the Registrar Insolvency for grant, upon complete scrutiny by the 2 department, therefore, considering the view of the department, this application for grant of probate is allowed by passing orders in terms of prayer (a) of the petition.
