Sunita Devi and Rs.13,90,000/- in the petition filed by M/s Pooja Industries through its proprietor Balmukund Pandit. Thus according to him, there remains no more any controversy in the matter and the petition is rendered infructuous. 3. In view of the above, the documents of settlement under the one time settlement scheme are taken on record. 4. Petition is consigned to records as infructuous matter.
