Having regard to the aforesaid and since the file has been placed before this Court by the Registrar Insolvency for grant, upon complete scrutiny by the Department, therefore, considering the view of the department the application for grant of letters of administration is allowed by passing orders in terms of prayer (a) of the petition subject to the petitioner furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs. 2,00,000/- (Rupees two lakh only) with two sureties.
