On the prayer of Mr. Somnath Gangopadhyay, learned Advocate appearing for the judgment-debtor, the original passport of the Director of the judgment-debtor, namely, Sanjib Kumar Biswal, deposited with the Registrar, Original Side on November 6, 2025, pursuant to the order dated November 4, 2025, is directed to be made over to Mr. Sanjib Kumar Biswal, the holder of the said passport. 2 EC-COM/135/2024 A.R., J. Learned Advocate on Record for the judgment-debtor shall make a written request forwarding a copy of today’s order to the Registrar, Original Side forthwith and the Registrar, Original Side shall hand over the original passport on the basis thereof to Mr. Sanib Kumar Biswal, the holder of the passport, in presence of the learned Advocate on Record for the judgment- debtor. Such release of passport shall be done, positively within a week from receiving the letter from the learned Advocate on Record for the judgment-debtor.
