The Court:- This is an application for grant of Letters of Administration in respect of the estate left behind by the deceased without the Will annexed. The deceased is survived by four legal heirs who have been described in paragraph 2 of the application. The husband of the deceased died about one year after the deceased. Out of the four legal heirs, one is the petitioner and the other three have consented to the grant. Considering the aforesaid and since the file has been placed before this Court by the Registrar Insolvency for grant, upon complete scrutiny by the Department, therefore, considering the view of the department the application for grant of letters of administration is allowed by passing orders in terms of prayer (a) of the petition subject to the petitioner furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs. 1,50,000/- (One Lakh Fifty Thousand) with one surety.
