In view of the aforesaid and since this file has been placed before this Court by the learned Registrar (Insolvency) upon complete scrutiny by the department for grant of Letter of Administration, therefore considering the view of the department the application for Letter of Administration is allowed by passing order in terms of prayer (a) of the application subject to the petitioner furnishing a personal bond of Rs.1,80,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Eighty Thousand Only) with one surety.
