Ms. Ahana Biswas, Adv. …for the petitioner The Court:- This is an application for grant of Letters of Administration in respect of the estate left behind by the deceased without the Will annexed. The deceased is survived by two legal heirs who have been described in paragraph 3 of the application. Both of whom have applied for grant of Letters of Administration. The mother of the deceased pre-deceased him. Having regard to the above, since the file has been placed before this Court by the Registrar Insolvency for grant, upon complete scrutiny by the Department, therefore, considering the view of the Department, this application for grant of Letters of Administration is allowed by passing orders in terms of prayer (a) of the application subject to the petitioner furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.13,00,000/- (Rupees Thirteen Lakh) with two sureties.
