The land relating to which the mutation is sought is situated at Plot No.5 Land Gat No. 850/851/2/ 852/911/912/913/914/5 Mouza-Karanja, Tq. and District Gondia. The request for mutation is pending since 2024. As there is no decision on the same, a prayer is made to direct the respondent nos. 3 and 4 to take a decision on the request made by the petitioner. 3. The prayer is innocuous and if it is granted, no prejudice would be caused to any of the respondents. 4. In that view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent-Tahsildar to take a decision on the request of the petitioner to mutate her name on the revenue record relating to the land referred hereinabove.
