By this petition, the petitioner seeks following prayers : ‘B) By issuing writ of mandamus or any other writ, order or directions in the like nature, to the Respondent no. 2 to 6 to enabled the option of full time Librarian Post with 7th pay scale option on Shalarth portal within two weeks and further direct to release the salary of petitioner for the probation period. B-1) By issuing writ of mandamus or any other writ, order or directions in the like nature, to the respondent no. 7 to submit a fresh proposal under 7th pay scale and further order respondents to take necessary steps for regularization of the petitioner on post of Librarian Full Time and the petitioner to get her pending salary along with regular salary.’ 2. Respondent No.7 has filed affidavit-in-reply supporting the case of the petitioner. Respondent No.7 has accepted that the petitioner has successfully completed her probation period as a ‘Full-Time Llibrarian’. It is further stated that, vide communication dated 13.07.2021, 2026:BHC-AUG:40569-DB 2 937.doc respondent No.5 forwarded the proposal of the petitioner for inclusion of her name in the Shalarth portal. On 28.08.2026, respondent No.7 has also forwarded the proposal of the petitioner, for inclusion of her name in the Shalarth ID. The said communication is addressed to respondent No.6. 3. A statement is made that the School has completed all the formalilities and submitted all the necessary documents alongwith the proposal. 4. It appears that the grievance of the petitioner is redressed and the purpose of filing of this petition is served. 5. We, therefore, dispose of the petition by directing respondent No.6 to decide the proposal of the petitioner, within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
