Mr. Babrekar submits that the present petition arises from the provisions of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007. 2. Due to the death of the respondent No. 3, who was a senior citizen, the learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition. 3. Permission is granted. 4.
