Nutan w/o Ankit Jiswal) filed by the non- applicant herein under Section 13(1)(a) of the Hindu Marriage Act, pending before the Family Court, Jalgaon to the Civil Judge Senior Division, Yavatmal. 2. The non-applicant seems to be served. However, since there was no appearance on 21.08.2026, one more opportunity was granted, and the matter has been placed today before me. Today also, nobody appears for the non- applicant. 3. The averments made in the petition have gone unchallenged. It is a matter of record that the petition for divorce filed at the instance of the non-applicant-husband is (2) 21 mca 86-2024 pending before the Civil Judge Senior Division at Jalgaon. The said proceedings, therefore, are transferred as stated in prayer Clause (i) of the petition. “(i) transfer the Marriage Petition No. 149/2024 (Ankit S/o Binesh Jaiswal Vs.
