The petitioner claims to be a tenant in the property situated at Katra Peran, Ramu Mal Lane, Tilak Bazar, Khari Baoli, Delhi-110006. According to the petitioner, the property falls in a notified ‘commercial zone’. Further, he states that, in respect of the said property, sale deeds have been executed in favour of third-parties. However, according to him, the requisite stamp duty has not been paid in respect of the aforesaid sale deeds. 2. The petitioner claims to have filed a complaint on 14.06.2023 before the respondent, regarding the stamp duty evasion. It is the grievance of the petitioner that the said complaint has not been acted on by the respondent- authority. 3. In view of the aforesaid, the petitioner to make a fresh complaint to the concerned District Magistrate.
