Today, Mr. Gogoi has submitted that the delay before the trial court has been condoned and the appellant is directed to pay cost of ₹10,000/-. Mr. Gogoi also submits that the cost of ₹10,000/- has already been deposited by the appellant. In this regard, Mr. Gogoi has produced a copy of the order dated 20.05.2025 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Divn.), Dibrugarh. 3. It appears that the appeal has been admitted for hearing. Therefore, Mr. Dutta has agreed that this revision petition has become infructuous. 4. Accordingly, the instant revision petition stands disposed on becoming infructuous.
