The appeal came to be disposed of by this Court vide order dated 29.01.2026, whereby the impugned orders were set aside and the matter was remanded back to the learned Commissioner for fresh consideration. It was further recorded that learned counsel for the respondents had no objection if the amount deposited by the appellant, along with accrued interest, is refunded to the appellant. 3. Learned counsel for the Appellant submits that the amount of Rs.13,26,500/-, which is lying deposited with the Registry, has not yet been released. This is a digitally signed order.
