The petition was instituted challenging an order dated 22.08.2024 whereby the petitioner, who was serving as Panchayat Technical Assistant to look after the charge of EO (RE) of Paniasang CD Block till the joining of regular EO or until further orders. The learned counsel for the petitioner has however submitted that he has instruction not to press this writ petition. Ms. T. Wangmo, learned Government Advocate, AP and Shri B.
